Our Founders

M&S was founded by Neal Madan and Suishtha Saigal, who each bring over two decades of experience to our firm. Together, they have guided the development of our practice, fostering a commitment to providing reliable and high-quality legal counsel across various industries. Neal and Suishtha work alongside a team of talented attorneys and dedicated staff members who share their focus on delivering effective legal services. With over two decades of experience, Neal Madan is a seasoned attorney and founding partner at M&S, where he provides comprehensive legal support to enterprises, investors, and individuals in high-growth sectors. Neal helps his clients navigate corporate and commercial law, business immigration, and cross-border transactions between the U.S., India, and other jurisdictions. His diverse clientele—including technology firms, clean tech enterprises, health tech companies, real estate ventures, and startups—benefit from his strategic insights. 
 
In addition to his role at M&S, Neal serves as General Counsel to multiple organizations, offering strategic advice on digital transformation, legal compliance, investment strategies, portfolio management, and guiding companies through complex regulatory landscapes and M&A ventures. He also serves on the boards of several organizations, providing insights into governance, strategic direction, and legal matters.
 
Neal’s expertise in both legal and business strategy enables him to accelerate client ventures toward commercial success. He holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Government from SUNY Brockport.
With over two decades of experience, Suishta Saigal is a distinguished attorney and founding partner at M&S, where she provides essential legal counsel to individuals and enterprises across a wide range of industries. Specializing in business immigration and labor and employment law, Suishta skillfully guides her clients through complex legal landscapes. Her diverse clientele spans technology companies, clean tech firms, health tech organizations, real estate businesses, and startups, all of whom benefit from her deep expertise and strategic insight.
 
Before founding M&S, Suishta built a successful career as a medical malpractice litigator. In addition to her role at M&S, Suishta has served as a board member for various organizations. In these positions, she offers valuable insights on legal compliance, employment strategies, and navigating regulatory matters, helping to shape the strategic direction and governance of these organizations.  
 
Suishta’s academic background includes a Juris Doctor from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Delhi University.
